Meghan Owings comes to CMH Lending with an extensive mortgage lending sales and management background of over 10 years. She has lived in Medina for almost 20 years with her husband Tom and 5 children. When not working, she enjoys the organized and/or unorganized chaos of raising her five children. Whether it be actively involved in their school PTOs, managing their sports teams, and watching them play. She enjoys being engaged in her church and just time with family.

 Brandy Manos joins the CHM Team with 22 years experience in sales and the housing market. She has lived in Louisville for almost 16 years and has enjoyed the perks of a small town. When not working she enjoys time with her husband Tony, 3 children and labradoodle. Favorite family activities include traveling, skiing, and sports events.

Millicent is a Mortgage Loan Originator licensed in the states of Ohio, Colorado, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. She is a bilingual / Spanish-speaking loan officer at CHM Lending.

When Millicent is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and is an avid sports fan!

Amanda Runkle joins the CHM Lending team with 10+ years of sales experience. She is in progress, currently, working towards an associates degree in Accounting. When she is not in the office, she enjoys traveling to see live music, hanging out with her boyfriend & son, cross-stitching, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Introducing Jenn Smith, The Manager over at RJ Grey Mortgage Processing! Jenn has 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry and loves working with 1st time home buyers. Jenn lives in Amherst with her husband, Jason, and their 3 children. While Jenn is not working she loves doing DIY projects and listening to live music.

Sharon came to CHM Lending with 20 years of lending experience. Mortgages are her passion and she loves helping borrowers get to closing, especially new homeowners. She lives in Tennessee with her husband and youngest son. She is a proud Airforce Mom; her oldest son is in the Airforce and works on control panels for C-17 planes. She has a love for all animals and wishes she could bring home all the animals in the shelters. She currently has 2 dogs, a rescued German Shepherd mix and a Pug.

Introducing Tim Davison, our Broker here at CHM Lending. Tim has been in our industry for the past 21 years and still loves helping families finance their primary and vacation homes. Tim loves working at CHM Lending, “because of the team!” Tim loves listening to Dave Ramsey, Zig Ziglar’s and Bigger Pockets podcasts. Born in Cleveland & raised in Medina, Tim is a proud alumni of Cloverleaf High School. Tim has been married to his wife, Summer for the past 16 years, Tim & Summer have 4 beautiful children. Tim loves to spend his time hanging with his family, coaching his sons’ sports, & snow-skiing being out on the water boating!
